RETURN POLICY AND AGREEMENT

Here, at Super Star Direct we realize that at times you may need to return or exchange an item for any reason. So we offer several solutions below that will help you do just that on most items. We do ask that you to contact us within 15 days of purchase. As long as your items meets the guidelines below, you can return/exchange your item anytime... But your item will need to qualify using the guidelines below. If you are unsure, just Email Us !

EXCHANGES : Exchanges are only available for merchandise purchased at the "Buy It Now Price". Because some of our items are sold on auction with a starting (Clearance price) lower than the BIN price, we do not accept returns on those items. However, you may still be able to Exchange the item, You will be charge the difference between Clearance price and the BIN price, before we can process Exchange You can find the Buy It Now Price by looking for the "Super Star Direct Item#: xxxxxx" on your auction page.This should be on all auction pages on the left below the box with our store categories. You can then search in the search box within our listing or our store for the item number i.e If the item number is "Super Star Direct Item#: 12345", You can search in titles and description for "12345". There should be a store listing for most items. This will have a Buy It Now Price. If the item is sold out or discontinued out of inventory you will get a complete refund of purchase price less original shipping. We do this because we generally (Clearance price) auction items that are low quantity, Extremely high quantity, or an item meets other particular criteria. We are only willing to sell that exact item at that exact time for that price. All auctions are a "One-Time-Only" offer. Prices, Quantities, and Models cannot be adjusted unless approved by Super Star Direct. We reserve the right to deny any exchange. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to bidding.

RETURNS : Super Star Direct will allow you to return just about any item that you are not completely satisfied with. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your "new item" purchase, please Email Us for assistance as long as the product has not been used, and is in its original "new" condition. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. Most credits will be processed with in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping and in some rare cases a restocking fee. All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, international duties/taxes/brokerage fees to and from Super Star Direct.. In the event of an error on our behalf we will issue a pre-paid return label via-email for return shipment.

ELECTRICAL / CARBURETOR : Super Star Direct will not allow return on Electrical or Carburetor however you can Exchange (see exchange).

USED/DEMO "and" OTHER ITEMS : Super Star Direct: Used / Demo items are stated "Used" and/or "/Demo". All returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. We generally do not allow returns or exchanges on items that we have sold and shipped as "Used/Demo" items, but occasionally we may make exceptions. This does not mean that you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for shippingthe item back to us. Please call for a Return Authorization before sending any items to us. Returns/Exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

To return / exchange items please follow these steps : 1. Email us to for a Return Authorization. 2. Please put the item back in its original package, and include the copy of the packing slip for reference.. 3. All returned items will require a Return Authorization Number. Please EMAIL US FOR ANY RETURNS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN RA NUMBER.
